Seymour Surveyors are providing QS support to contractors upgrading the line from Manchester to Preston. The work involves replacing the existing damaged cable troughs alongside the track with new long life troughs. This is being carried through the summer of 2017 during nigh time possessions. Our input includes cost monitoring & forecasting, valuing variations and submitting applications for payment.
