Description: Redevelopment of a Grade II listed manor house into eight residential units.
Our input: We undertook a survey of the property to establish the extent of works required in the conversion, we included within our review the architect’s drawings that supported the planning application. Using this information we prepared a cost estimate for the works that was used by the client to seek funding for the project.
